I started this blog to keep track of my adventures with needles and thread. I have so many interests that I ended up spending more time with my interests than I did keeping track of my adventures. In the last six months I have created so many things that have given me and my family joy that I want to be able to remember them.
If in your blogging you come across this page and find something that interests you, I would be more than happy to share my sources.
An Adventure with Fondant
In December, Sara got married. I have known this gal since the day she came home from the hospital. She will always be like a niece to me. Well, my daughter and I made the cake part of her wedding cake. You probably can't call it cake because it was all styro-foam. But we did the fondant. Sara's father did the ribbon, dots and roses. How fun it was to do this for her!

These are my other cakes that I have fun doing for family and friends...Cheep Cakes.
This is the website that I first learned how to do fondant from http://whatscookingamerica.net/PegW/Fondant.htm.
